Weber Carb identification
My 76 2.0 has dual weber carbs that were already on the car when I bought it. How can I tell which ones they are and where can I find out how to adjust them?? The car runs great at mid range and top end. I have a little bit of stumble at low end and it doesn't idle very well. I have checked timing, valve clearances and ignition so I have about narrowed it down to the carbs.

The size of the carbs in on the mounting flange, probably 40, 44 or 48 but usually 2L engines have 40 mm carbs. There are several good books on Webers, Haynes is a really good one as is the Weber manual. Good luck.
