Tecate Race Weekend is Coming 8/28 and 8/29

Yes, racing in Mexico is here once again. In the sleepy town of Tecate BC will be a street race with the usual suspects. Marty is bringing his 914 from the LA area I'd heard and I plan to enter once again. I imagine the NASCAR truck will be there along with a host of VWs, Hondas, Mitsu's and of course the Tecate Girls! There will be two sessions on Sat and the trophy races Sun. The drive to Tecate is through the curvy and hilly east county roads of San Diego and the circuit is about a mile or so over the border. Hope some Pelicans can make it to cheer us on as it is a great day trip. See the previous posts in the Auto-x/Racing section for some of the action.
