FI order
Does anyone know if the FI hookup needs to be in any certain order when hooking up to the injectors on each cylinder?

I assume you mean the wiring. The cable plugs all have two wires, one is a ground and one comes from the ECU plug. If you trace back from the ECU, injector #1 is pin 3, injector #2 is pin 5, #3 is pin 6 and #4 is pin 4.
