Impeller Hub Removal
Hi all,
I removed the impeller hub on my type 4 2.0 '73 914 & to my surprise I found an o'ring behind the impeller hub, sandwiched between the crank seal & the impeller hub. What's it's purpose? Dust seal? If I need a "new" one - what's the p/n? Thanks, Gary

The manual describes it as a "rubber sealing ring for hub" and says to "replace, lubricate slightly". Don't know what the part number is.
