The Chalon Lives!!
If anyone is interested, I posted videos of my car being driven yesterday. So it is official, The Chalon runs and drives on its own power. The links are below. Let me know what you think.

Its been two years in the making, my test drive there was without a shift knob. There were 5 914 Club members present so I am glad nothing catasrophic happened. Tried to take off in 4th gear as you can probably tell. Once into second, it went much better. Now I just need to get on the body work and with any luck, have it ready for some summer fun.

I just need to get the wheels aligned and bleed the brakes some more. Then get all the lights working. I drove it again last night. I dont think my throttle cable is pulling enough to kick in the secondaries either but I will worry about that after everything else is resolved. Then its body work finishing time.
