In actuality, the line runs from the oil breather to the rubber elbow on the plenum on the '73/'74, BUT two cars I have..if I hook it up that way they suck a pile of oil outta the crankcase and smoke like a Navy smokescreen layer.....the other seems to be ok.

Maybe switch it out to a Unix server while you are there?

I thought it was a Unix server. I could be wrong though.

No, it's winders... I remember how defensive Andy got about it when I suggested Linux.

we had a linux machine as the club server for the longest time. couldn't keep up with the traffic no more ...

got a dual cpu compaq dl380 (yes, a *real* server!) with a raid array and lots-o-ram ...
the box is running fine, we simply burned up a harddrive, which can happen on any OS ...

so, unless you know something about the server that i don't know, shut up!

Andy

Well, I'm happy to see you all made it through the night. I'm sure it was a close call for some of you......

With that said.....PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DONT EVER DO THIS TO ME AGAIN! Because of the site being down Scott Thacher became bored, and decided, no 914club, no problem! We ended up wrestling (and no not in that dirty pass me a cigarrette kind of way...!) I of course got him to consede (only because I wasn't playing fair...)

Today I feel like my body is a 914...all old and rusty......Please Andy, if I have to spend another night like that then I'm swaping Scott's! (Yes, Skline...I'm coming to live with you!....Hmmm, My Scott is telling me you are old, so maybe you could adopt me as your daughter?)

Gad, I hate to agree with the Resident Deutscher, but take the Linux, Unix, etc argument and stuff it in the circular file where it belongs.

Hello All!

Glad to see that most made it to a new play place.

I have not had much success with membership on this site. I'm on my 4th membership here. I've been successfully set up this time for a few weeks. Fingers are crossed that I don't screw this one up.

Great success - I have finally figured out how to successfully perform a search for info on this site. At least it has worked once so far.

Doug

Old? Me? I am not old!! I am only in my early 40's, thats not old. Ask Slits, Howard, MikeZ and many others here about old. Actually, MikeZ isnt much older than me so maybe not him.
