windshield wipers
So I am racing down the road in the windy country-side and I accidentally flip on the windshield wipers and they flip over and get caught on each other. (yeah no kidding) They immediately stuck on each other and did not move. I drove the remaining 1/2 mile to my parents house. I flipped the wipers over and they kept going. I cannot now get them to shut off period. I had to pull the fuse to get them to stop. So unless the fuse is out they keep running... where do I go to fix them.

Sounds like the switch contacts in the steering column may have failed, in the on position. This can happen with old wiper/turn signal switches that are about ready to fail. I saw one do this at an autocross once and really embarassed the owner. Good luck.
