using 2 post lift on 914

I recently installed a 2 post lift in my garage. I would like to know the best way to lift the 914. I thought about using the bumps on the bottom of the floor pan but they tend to bend slightly even on solid cars. I typically put jack stands under the rear suspension but the post arms will not reach. Any help would be appreciated.

I use the "bumps" all of the time on my six. Its rust free, and I've not seen them move.

Keep in mind that if your experience is with a floor jack, the weight is much less on each point when lifting from 4 points with a lift.
