70 OEM Radio
i have a 70 914 radio to put into my 76...the radio bench tests ok, but the volume is very faint. i have to turn it way up to hear anything. is this the radio or the speakers? i did notice that the original harness had only 2 speaker wires; does this mean it's mono? thanks in advance...

The basic radio then were mono, only the delux were stereo units.
