Fuel pump %3£!!!! and FIB

How can you know if your fuel pump run???
I disconnect the pump and try direcly with the batterie, I had only small bounce!!!

How can you know if your FIB work?

Fuel pumps make a whine as they run, it is loud enough to hear with the engine off, while sitting in the car. If it dosn't run check not only if it is getting +12 volts but that the ground is good. If it runs use a fuel pressure gauge and make sure the fuel injector rail is getting 28-30 psi. Also make sure the battery is good.

What is a "FIB"?
