Help identifying heater valve side

Hi to all, both of my heater control valves were rusted to no use. I grabbed one in a recyclying bin but cant identify if it is the driver or passenger side.

Are both sides identical? How can i identify the one i have?

Can send pics to help, just ask.

Thanks.

I just put on two new ones from PPs and the left one had the movable arm on the bottom and the right one had the movable arm on top. The old right side one had the arm on the bottom?? At any rate you can figure it out by the following: First, the arm has to pull towards to center of the car as the wires are pulled in when you pull the lever up. Second, the connection for the flex duct is slightly outboard of the valve so that means the angle of the valve has to turn outward slightly from the header connection pipe.Looking down the view would be something like:
rocker box

----/vlv

-----c/l of car------------ front of car

----\vlv
hdr \-----
rocker box
