Car Color

In the group of pictures from the Atlanta show there is a picture of a green 914. What color is this? It's on the first page of pictures. It's taken from the left rear. If you know the name and number I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
RAndy

I swear Ravenna Green is becoming the hot topic around here
I don't know if I like the black trim on the picnic basket handle though.

Yep, Nathan is correct. That is Ravenna Green (Color Code L65K).

I'm not sure if I like the trim either. But, I kind of like the sail panels done in the body color.

If it's this one, I don't believe that this is a stock color.

Randy, the pic is from the PP swap meet in CA.

Looks to me like Palma Green Metallic (a 1975-only color) but the car has pre-'74 rear bumper and it might be a bit more green than Palma--hard to tell in the pic. Might be a non-original color.

Does it belong to anybody here who can tell us?

I hope that is not Palma Green Metallic. My car was just painted Palma Metallic a month ago.

Did I neglect to mention that I'm color-blind? ;-)

Seriously, you're right Eric, once I see the true Palma Green again as on your car, this other color doesn't even look close....

Porsche Crest

That car belongs to Kevin Foust and I'm pretty sure it is not a stock color. He told me that a body guy used to own the car and photos just don't do justice to the ton of metal flake that it has in it.

I'll be seeing Kevin on Sunday and ask him.

looks almost like Cliff Green on the 74 VW chip chart.... if you can imagine it shiny and metallic?
