2.0L to a 915 transaxle?

Has anyone bolted a 2.0L four cyl. to a 915 transaxle? I was wondering about the compatability of the clutch/throwout bearing and flywheel/starter. Any insite will be greatly appreciated.

FWIW

The 912E has a 915/923 trans axle. The reason for the 923 # is due to the fact that a normal 915 has a different input shaft. I'm not sure how to modify a 915 to fit a 2.0L but "if" (they only made 2099 1976 912e's) you find a 923 trans you would be good except then you need to spend the $1500-$2000 on the Vellios 914-6GT shift kit. There are cheaper kits to put a 915 in a 914-6 but I've heard veray mixed reveiws.

My guess is the pilot shaft dia. or the spline dia./number. I'm hoping I can use a 911 clutch disk or make a pilot bushing to fit. Any specifics would be appreciated.
thanks

After some time...my Vellios 915 trans is in the crate and due Sat. I plan to use the stock 2.0 flywheel and a 911 strip/street centerforce clutch pkg.
