Brad- Good to hear that it is up and running. Nerves usually get frazzled as the night (early morning) wears on. I always like to have the distributor out and when it is so easy to take in and out (like the Bosch in the 914) then it makes things much easier.

Took me about two hours. I had to fiddle around with the way that the sensor mounted on its bracket in order to get the sensor in something close to the right position.

The older Crane instructions say to tape the coil wire ~1/4" from a ground, then move the sensor (with the engine at TDC#1) until you hear a "zap". Worked for me! I'm glad they have an LED now, that would make it easier and a bit less hazardous.
