Two quick questions
 

First question:-- While driving at night the only gauge on my dash that lights up is the tach. Are the bulbs avaliable at any autoparts store or do I need to get some special bulb from pelican?

Second question:-- Only my right blinker works. And when it works the light on the dash does not blink. When you put it in the left position both lights on the dash comes on and stays, but the outside lights do not work. When you pull the hazard light switch the lights on the dash blink and the right side flashes. Is this a bad flasher? Or is it the piece in the steering colum? I think the outside bulbs are good but I will check.

For the first question, you can buy the bulbs anywhere as they are normal 12V bulbs. For the second question, you have a bad ground(s). Check all of the turn signal connections and clean them up. Also check the wiring to see that they're wired properly. This will most likely solve your problem.
