More motorcycle ITB to 914 induction stuff :)

UPS just delievered the air horn/velocity stack made by our own Spumone !!!!!

I've got to decide which route to take for mod'n the air horn due to the overlap....A or B....blue pill or red pill??

If you don't get them out this week it's cool....still up in the air about the air cleaner solution.....I'd like to get these ITG filters, but I'd be looking at just a tad bit under $200 for a pair including the base plates.

splitter

I have seen a 356 vintage racer with a splitter between the two "bells" . This will keep one bore from sucking from the other at high RPM. Think of the 40 HP VW with a single port head. It was self-governing. At about 4500RPM one cylinder sucked intake from the other.

Hummm, I would make them taller and angle them, one inside and the other outside so you get the full rounded opening. Same height but that sort of McLaren CanAm look.

Then you change the length of the intake path and have to deal with different airspeed for different areas of the port.
