turn signal fix?
 

Hi All!

Boy did I get a surprise when I removed the 1971 broken turn signal indicator thought I could replace it with a later one without any problem at all.

The union of the wires is not a problem. They are labelled the same, however, there is a chassis height difference. Any advice on how to compensate for it?

I flubbed up the image I tried to attach. Let me know if you know something about this.
