Broke solenoid stud

I was torquing down the nut on my starter solenoid and it was at an angle and suddenly the whole thing snapped off. Damnit. How stupid of me.

Can this be fixed or is it toast? I tried soldering it but the solder wouldn't stick. how much are new solenoids? Can one be picked up at my FLAPS? Or is there some kind of electrical conductive glue I can use?
