What's the right way to lift an assembled 2.0 with an engine crane?
Where can I connect the ends of the chains to on the motor to lift it without damaging anything?

cradle around the engine, than hook it to the chain. The engine is not that heavy, have a couple of friends come over and lift it while you bolt it to your engine stand. |

I second the nylon strap idea (heavy nylon, 2" wide, not the 1" wide cheapo). I also second the have a couple buddies come over. Easier and quicker.

I'll third both. I used a nylon strap to lift mine solo. When it came time to lift it and drop it into the trunk of the buyer's car, however, he and I lifted it pretty easily ourselves.
