SDS programable efi

Anyone on this forum have experience with the SDS efi system? I am planning some engine mods on my 1.8l type IV including an after market electronic fuel injection system that can handle larger displacement and possibly an after market cam.

I am concerned about the programming process, and flexibility after making changes to a stock engine. I would like to get the system up and running on the stock engine before making any modifcations to the engine hardware to establish a benchmark for torque and hp. The plan is to keep the car a daily driver, no track driving.

Would appreciate any thoughts,TIA, Al

SDS Electronics are the basis of the ONLY EFI system that I offer on my engines. I have one of their systems on 3 of my 5 personal driver cars. Of all the systems I have used SDS is the easiest to tune and simplest for the user to understand..

All the bells and whistles of the ritzy systems just adds complexity and makes them harder to tune, thet usually nets LESS power....

I offer an EFI retrofit assembly (SDS ECU and harnass included) with all the hardware you'll need for the TIV engine including the TPS, TPS adaptors, sensors and etc, I even label the system and terminate most of the connections for you. I have this same system/ kit in my 912E and love it...

SDS rocks!
