Leaking Oil Cooler
The local Porsche dealer has diagnosed my oil leak on my 1974 2.0 as coming from a leaking oil cooler. My question is, can this be changed without pulling oout the motor? If the motor must be pulled, what else should I do ( such as clutch, etc.) on a car with 150,000 miles? Thanks in advance for good accurate information as always!

My money would be on the oil cooler seals instead of the cooler itself. It is possible to change the seals without pulling the engine, but it is a nasty job. To change the cooler, you need to pull the front blower housing, which I have never done with the engine in the car. Also check the oil pressure sender located just above the cooler (on topside, next to the distributer). they are also a likey source of errant oil and an easy fix.
