Side Targa To Window Seals

I dont get it, BRAND NEW seals.

I put them in, and use them, rain ROLLS down the window on the inside.

I think I installed them in backwards, is that possible?

There's a weep hole in the seal, does that go toward the front of the car or the back of the car?

Also the flap on the seal itself, does that face the outside of the window or the inside?

Help me. Everything else is fine, but i need this fixed.

Yeah i think i adjusted them too far somewhere to account for my car slowly folding in two.

But thats fixed now.

If you installed them backwards, you would have two huge gaps at each end. If your seals are NOS, they will be champfered 45 degrees at one end to fit the Targa to glass seal and flat at the other end to fit against the N/A window seal ........

If you look at the seal, you can figure out which way it has to be installed .... it ain't rocket science or brain surgery.

I think leaky windows is a way of life for a 914 owner...

Ron, I now remember that angle at the end. Made to meet up at the rear seal.

I did them right.

Just have to adjust the window now.
