outer door handle problem...
 
When I put the key in, the lock turns too easy and doesn't lock or unlock the door.

not the handle problem
not the cam problem

what can it be?

tumbler problem? did you move anything when you removed it to take a look?

The only way to find the problem it to remove the handle and have a look. The little tit on the end of the lock may have broken off. I have replacements.
