Need help! Timing Belt

I need some great mechanical minds. Anybody out there, please help, Wayne. I know this is a 914 forum but I always hear great mechanical advise here. I hope somebody can help. My problem is not with my 914, but with my 93 Honda Prelude, non Vtec. The problem is my timing belt broke driving down the freeway. I read my book, it says to replace the belt, must turn engine to Top Dead Center. How do u turn the engine when the belt broke? I know normally I can turn the crankshaft but the belt is broken so the dual cams wont't turn. The dual sprockets must be aligned to drop the 5mm punch pins to hold the engine from turning. Can I just turn the sprockets individually? Please help.

I'm no expert, but I think that you need to align the crank with TDC (by turning the lower pulley that the belt is attached to), and then you need to retime and realign the cams. There should be marks on the pulleys, and if you have a Haynes or Chilton Manual, they usually give you the bare minimum to do the job. In other words, since the belt broke, the cams are misaligned anyways...
