Engine Drop stalled... advice requested

Performing my first 914 engine drop... all has gone well except up to this point...

Started removing the engine mounting bar nuts, one side's fine but the other side won't slip off the bolt... seems the bolt is bent. Perhaps the PO had the car jacked from the mounting bar?

Any suggestions?

Oh, and Pelican's engine drop article has been a godsend!

GABH. Get A Bigger Hammer. Beat on it until you can get it apart--but use a soft-faced hammer (I have a copper mallet that I like a lot for these kinds of things!) so you don't mangle what you're hitting. A block of wood can also be used as a pad.

Once you get it apart, figure out which pieces are bent and replace them.

Hello

The rear trany holders are U shaped and so a slight backwardmove mostley let them snap out.
Both bolts make a V with will hold the trany even if the nuts came loose.
