what is this part and why do i have 2 of them?

I can't place this part. i've even searched the PET diagrams.

The almost look like light weight tow bar brackets. Can't place them otherwise

Actually, something popped up into my head earlier today. Could those be the brackets for the glove box lid? They look kinda like that, but I don't remember if they bolt onto the dash frame or not.

Glove box brackets are welded on to the dash frame.

They have rust so the likelyhood of them being 914 is pretty good.

Besides the two keys-

My guess, the brackets are for securing the fuel injection brain to the battery tray or firewall.
