Follow the link in my post above to find the rev-limiting rotor. They are also available in different RPM cutouts, but not as easily. E-mail me directly if you need one that's different and I'll try to get the part number for you.

Where is the little piece of adjusting screw that broke off?

You might want to change your oil and see if it is on the magnet, or at least some of it.
