That looks fast enough for me! Jeez, and lighter too?

I have an '05 WRX Wagon modded and making near the 300hp mark. It is on par with the STI, but is cheaper to insure and has been tons of fun. 0-60 in 4.5s +/-.

I also have a '75 2.0, since I first laid my eyes on the Renegade EJ20t swap, I have been in love. I want a car for me, I am not worried about PCA approval, etc... I want something with a heater core, a quieter engine... but I really would love to have a 3second to 60 car... ya know... to play in... :)

I will be traveling this money hungry road soon.....

These swaps look VERY tempting to get another 914.

If anybody in the Cinci, OH area has one of these Porscharus, I'd love a look-see. :)

I went from probably 80 HP to somewhere around 170. It cost me just under $3k to do it. (I did a ton of fabrication and all the work myself aside from welding in a 1-car apartment garage).

did you do the radiator through the engine bay? also any pic's?
i've been considering a engine for my 914, but this is the only one that's cheap, and won't run through 901's like a 6pk.

You might want to PM Tony on 914world. He doesn't post here much and this thread is a year and a half old.

spence88mph 04-17-2009 04:48 AM

I was just wondering the EXACT same thing, weird.

Doug&Julie 04-17-2009 05:02 AM

Pbtpbtpbt...everybody knows Brad Pitt's ethnic background...

His mother is from Ghana, Africa and
His father is Filipino.

His Grandfather is from Lima, Peru.
His Grandmother is from Iceland.

The second poster I've seen today with completely random posts. I am suspicious that it might be the first step in some sort of SPAM attack, but there's nothing bogus in the profile or anything like that...

I'll have to keep an eye on these posters.

This poor thread...just getting slammed with spammers! :(

Dave at Pelican Parts 04-25-2009 10:00 AM

The earlier post added commercial links to his sig later, just as I thought he would. He's gone, as is the other intruder. Grrrr.... Spamn dammers....
