Front Brake vented rotor cooling
Found these ducts last weekend. I was thinking they might work to give better front rotor cooling. Fit up was pretty easy. So since I'm no expert, what do you think of these.
This a temp fit up, but looks like permanent would be easy. Don

I would say, to make sure that the ducts can get air where they are located. If your front bumper hangs down and covers the front of the duct intake then it won't help at all. As long as there it air flow through the duct, then it should help. It can't hurt. What are the air ducts from?
What part of SD are you in? I have seen a nice orange 914 by my work in Chula Vista a couple of times, is that you?

They came off a Mercedes air filter intake, 1 per car. Paid $5 at the junk yard for them.
I'm in the North Park area and my 914-6 is black, so who ever you are seeing isn't me. I did see a nice orange one earlier this week on Adams, to bad we we're going in differnet directions. Don |
