Fuel injection relay removal

I have a 75 1.8. I am removing the fuel injection relays from my car for a conversion to carbs. My car has three relays by the battery. What is the function of each relay? I assume one is for the fuel pump, the others I do not know. Can anyone tell me exactly which wires are hot with the key on?

One is for the heater blower fan. Two are for the D-jetronic fuel injection (not for your 1.8's original L-jetronic EFI). And one is for the rear window defogger.

A good look at your wiring diagrams (in Haynes in B&W, or in color elsewhere on this site) will give you an idea of which wires are hot under what circumstances.
