MetalMaster Brake Pads?
Does anybody know where I can get a set of MetalMaster rear pads? 10 and 15 years ago these were made by Repco, but now I see other names like Axxis and PBR associtated with "MetalMaster". Will the real MetalMaster please stand up!?
I put a full set of these on my 74 2.0 10 years ago and have loved them. Unfortunately, after 50K miles (with a lot of auto-cross and heavy street use) they are failing. And if the MetalMasters aren't available any longer does anyone know what would be comparable? Any help greatly appreciated. Mike g. 74 914 2.0

The last set I bought was the same pads, different maker that the original, now is Axxis I think. Try a parts place that deals with shops that do repair work and they'll be able to get them.

Thanks John - That's the info I needed and I just ordered a front and rear set from http://www.*****************.com (I think that's where I got my previous set 10 years ago).
