wheel studs

I have front rotors that have been re-drilled for a 5 lug setup and they are still in good shape. Currently it is using screw in studs and one has stripped out and one is loose. It appears that there was an attempt at some point to put a weld on the studs but not very well and the welds snapped. I'd like to switch them all out and put in the press in studs from Pelican - PCG-331-671-00-M260. I know I have to machine down the back side of the rotor to get them to fit flat. Any one tried this? if so, what is the diameter that the hole needs to be to get them to fit.

Eric
