What are the 10 questions i want to ask the seller about a 914 before pulling the trigger?

Pics of both longitudinal outers and suspension pick up points. inside both trunks.
bottoms of doors.
floor pans under carpet specially rear most sections.

Engine appearance stock Fuel injection or carbs
if carbs what cam and exhaust
condition of all rubber seals.
