San Antonio, Texas owners?

Hey, just wondering if anyone was near me
Im 22, first 914 and not too much car knowledge.. although i have done some suspension work on my 98 blazer (my other project) and basic maintenance type stuff.

i have little to no experience with car engines or transmissions so it'd be cool if i had a "omg my car is broke" buddy to call if i get desperate..

or if anyone has AIM or MSN messenger would be cool

also, just curious, but why is the majority of owners in california?

anyways, i dont have any experience with car shows or any ties to bodyshops or mechanic friends so im kinda flyin solo here with this one and thought it'd be neat if there was someone who lived in the area with one that would be willing to stop by if i got stuck with somethin... heck even someone to go to a local car show with.. any local car clubs or support groups lol?
