What type of carbs should I use?

What type of carbs should I run on a stock 2.0? I just dont want the fuel injection anymore, it causes me too many problems, I have a 73 2.0 so the legality is not a problem. I heard Weber 40's are the way to go, but Id like to know also how to set them correctly for the motor. Thanks

If you look further down on the bulletin board this question is answered by about 6 people and has some good information.

I have to agree with Brian. I have a '75 2.0, completely stock except for exhaust, and I find that my car has plenty of power and great economy. Once set up properly, the fuel injection is very reliable, provides excellent throttle response, and IS actually fairly simple to understand and maintain.

I would not trade my D-Jetronic FI for tempermental carburetors, especially on a car that is stock or nearly stock. It's one of the better aspects of the 914, in my opinion.
