Question Miss at most rpms

Well, my car is back on the road after 6 years. I replaced all fuel lines, vacuum lines, injectors. Had the FI harness rebuilt (bowlsby does a great job). My problem is I have a miss thru most of the rpms. Miss seems to disappear during acceleration. I suspect MPS. but not sure. Also, I can't get the idle to drop below 1100 rpm. Ideas??????
Any help would be appreciated.

We need some more info such as what engine do you have? High idle can be caused by a number of things: vacuum leak, stuck decel valve (also known as a vacuum limiter), idle speed screw too far out on the throttle body, and timing too far advanced, just to name a few.
