Post estimating manifold vacuum from cam parameters?

I'm still pondering induction options for my stock displacement but ported big valve 2.0 heads, cam and higher CR project. I understand that stock runs about 20hg vaccuum, I know SDS FI requires 10 hg.

Can one estimate the manifold vaccum that a given cam will provide in a given engine at given RPM?

I would think that the ability to do this would be essential when 'matching' components.

TIA as always.
Dave
