Ljet overfuels
A few months ago, I got my 1.8 Ljet 914 running after a full restoration. It's given me no problems until yesterday when it wouldn't start.
I've been through the whole debug thing -- ignition timing OK, fuel pressure OK, etc. Here's the thing -- the ECU is overfueling the engine. Injector pulsewidths are 10ms to 15ms under cranking conditions, roughly 10x longer than I would expect. Anyone have any suggestions why this might be happening? Bad airflow meter maybe? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer. |
