How to Adjust Window Roll-up Height?
 

How does one adjust the height which the 914's windows will roll up to? I think I may have enough seal if the windows will get up to them!! http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/.../cheeburga.gif

Gently unsnap the pins that hold the door panels on(after removing the window crank, inner door latch and pull handle) You'll see the window crank assembly. You'll notice a bolt with a nut on the assembly. It the sets the distance your window can roll up. It's pretty obvious after you take the door panels off. I think this is for the '73 and later cars only. I don't know about the earlier ones.

Earlier cars have a couple of screws (or are they bolts?) on the underside of the door toward the front. One adjusts the angle of the window, and the other adjusts the roll-up height.
