Starting to "tinker" on my project car. Just noticed the turn signal indicator light doesn't work. I read the wiring diagram I see there is only one wire coming to the bulbs.
So both must "blink" when the turn signal is turned on ? Mine is also missing the ground wire. Where does the ground come from ? The bulb holders are plastic, so not there. The schematic shows green coming from the high beam indicator light. Or is that internal in the tach ? The ground is through the gauge body, look at the plastic bulb housing and you'll see small grounding tabs on it. The gauge gets a brn wire that daisy chains to the other gauges.
If this still dosen't help, ,clean off the grounds behind each headlight as I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the grounds. |
