vent control cluster

How hard is it to remove the air flow controls from the dash? I plan on adding some on-off (Ign, Fuel Pump) switches in that space. If anyone wants my cluster you can have it for the cost of shipping. A friend gave me some jet-fighter style switches that will make a nice addition.

Do you want to remove all the vent ducting and controls or just the controls?

The removal of the controls isnt too bad. I recommend taking out the gage cluster it makes a difference, but the big hole between the controls and the glove box should be enough.

To remove the whole system, including ducts and blower, you will have to start taking out things other than the duct and blower. Like the gas tank.

If you are removing the controls you wont be able to operate your defrost, dash vents and blower.

However, if you take the controls out, with the cables attached, send them to me so I can operate mine.

Let me know, by email
