Cincy-NKY Fall 914 Picnic

The 914 Picnic at Big Bone State Park in Northern KY is officially ON for September 22 2001!

What to bring:
First, bring your cameras. Bring your food and drinks. I will be bringing a bag of charcoal so anyone who wants to stand over the grill to cook something hot will have the opportunity to do so. Drinks are available via the vending machine located at the shelter. They're not cheap so I would bring my own.

Shelter directions:
After entering the park, take the second right. The shelter is located about 75 yards on the right.

New this year:
This year, the Early Porsche Registry of Cincy will be joining us and hopefully bringing some more cars for us to see. Also, the Cincinnati Porsche VW Family Reunion is happening on Sunday September 23. This is going to be a good weekend for Porsche gatherings is the Cincinnati Area so we encourage as many folks to attend as possible.

As always, Porsche ownership is not mandatory. Bring your picnic baskets! Hope to see you there.

Just a reminder that the 914 Picnic at Big Bone State Park in Northern KY is
to take place this Saturday, September 22 2001!

For those coming from the north of town, you have 2 choices. You can drive straight to the park or you can meet John Meyer at the first southbound rest-area in KY on I-75 at 9:30am.

For folks coming from the south of town, you can go to the Mt Zion Road exit, take I-75 south from there and still catch the rest area with John.

I will be arriving at the picnic shelter by about 10:00am. Maybe a little after 10.
