Looking for value
 

1970 914-6 with 61k miles, one owner from new with all papers, manuals, bill of sale, tools, etc. Engine was completely rebuilt including clutch. Has no rust. needs paint and some minor body work. Everything is original including bumpers, steel wheels and interior. Car not running as engine was rebuilt and put back in car, however, everything still needs to be reconnected. Was only used from 1970 to 1979, when it was finally stored in a heated garage since.

Was is the value?

Given the complete history, I'd say high teens? If running, with bodywork done, low to mid $20s, more with fresh paint.
