Hi people, I have a 72 914 4 cyl, eng#EAO49104 any body know what size engine that is? 1.7 or 1.8? let me know... thanks from newbiehttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1209353523.jpg

According to this page, it's a 1.7 from late '73.

It was originally a 1.7 engine from 1972 that might have been in a 914 with VIN about 4722919000. Let me know the VIN of the car it is in please.
