Idle Speed Adjustment - 2.0 L
 
Where is the idle speed adjustment for a '76 2.0 w/EFI? There is a large plastic screw (I believe for emmissions adjustment) on top of the FI "brain box" and a large metal screw with a backing spring at the base of the air intake (beneath the air filter assembly). My car is running great except for a low idle speed.

The idle speed adjustment is the one on the throttle body, which is the second one you mentioned.

Check your timing and dwell first, though, as those can have some effect on the idle speed.
