What is this black box?
When I was trying to install new car stereo head unit I found the little black box (1/2"x1.5"x1.5")which is connect to the original unit. Inside of a box contain 2 fuses and electric plate. One of my friend tald me he needed some kind of converter when he installed to his AUDI. Is this the one he was talking? And, Do I really need this box. Because, if I turn volume up to certain level, the fuse is gone. I'm tired to change fuses all the time.
What is this black box and do I really need this? |

you dont need that little box, just goto like an auto zone or something and get a single in line fuse, and wire it in where the black box was, thats what i did when i installed my am/fm cd player
