Anybody knows who makes these stainless Steel headers?? Where to find best price also??

That appears to be one of Jim Patrick's cars so I would suggest giving Patrick Motorsports in Phoenix a call. I don't think they are stainless but are coated?

Those are George Narbel headers aka European Racing Headers. Ceramic Hot coated
