According to the "buyers guide" on this site, Porsche made a 918/8 in 1975, any of these still around? if so, where can I buy one? ;-)

well they made 2 but

both are in the porsche museum

but you can do it all you need is a 908 flat 8 motor ( about 10 grand before rebuild ) a 915 gear box and some good enginering

A 908 engine is only $10K??? May be the case, but for some reason I find that very difficult to believe! Where can I get one?
