What parts interchange... 944 to 914?

I have access to a 1988 944 that has brakes suspension etc... still available.

What parts; such as brakes will "work" on a 914?

Also, will 944 seats fit in a 914?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I am running the 944 turbo front calipers on my six conversion. If the front brakes are four piston calipers you can elongate the holes and they will fit the 911 3.5" spaced struts. So for a 914 you would have to replace the front strus with a 911 3.5" spaced struts and use a carrera disk if it doesn't have one already. Otherwise there was a guy at the GAF that cuts the ears off of the 944 front brakes and welds an adapter on it to work with the 3" spaced strut. I don't know what other 944 parts work on a 914.
