You must be referring to the 'regulator plate harness' which connects to the coil, aux air regulator and starter. That connector housing you refere to is NLA and the only way to replace it is to get another fomr a donor car. I have done this before and its not too difficult if you are good with a soldering iron.
If you are talking about the fuel injection harness, I have all the parts... |

I poked around with "Search" and there are some posts that reference the NAPA Bosch kit for rewiring. I have not seen any suitable wire conduit/tubing that is similar to the original, or even in black???
Nice after market units are available from: http://www.res-systems.com/res1.htm I understand that a complete rewiring of the FI harness takes about a day of work, plus the cost of the wire, connectors, wire conduit/tubing and the hard to find rubber boots... Almost makes the RES harness look reasonable in price. Joe |

Instead of RES, get your repaired by Jeff Bowlsby....see link below.
I have one of his harnesses and it is a work of art. The units that Jeff makes use one or two of the original connectors, other than that, everything is brand new. He can also repair some harness depending on the condition. http://www.pelicanparts.com/ultimate/Forum11/HTML/001705.html ------------------ Mike Mueller Antioch, CA '75 914 2.0 http://www.pelicanparts.com/MotorCity/mmueller/personal.html |

If you are looking for the T12 or the T14 connector (see Haynes manual), Pelican should be able to get you a new one.

Yes, I continue to make (rebuild) the FI harnesses for D-Jet Porsche 914s. There seems to be solid interest in these as these cars are 30 years old and the wiring harnesses are going bad, there are 6 different configurations for the different engines and years. I have also built a few alternator and engine harnesses (coil and starter...), but I focus on the FI harnesses.
I use new OEM parts to make essentially a new harness as all parts are new except for 4 hard plastic parts which are no longer available. The ECU terminals are GOLD plated. $340. + core harness Contact me if you need one, or need additional details. |

RES systems is still in business I finally got my harnesses in. They appear to be real good quality. Email Sales @res-systems.com. The regulator harnesses shipped the quickest,
